फेफड़े का कैंसर एक गंभीर बीमारी है, जिसमें फेफड़ों की कोशिकाएं अनियंत्रित रूप से बढ़ने लगती हैं। यह आमतौर पर दो प्रकार का होता है:

नॉन-स्मॉल सेल लंग कैंसर (NSCLC) - यह सबसे सामान्य प्रकार है।
स्मॉल सेल लंग कैंसर (SCLC) - यह तेजी से बढ़ने वाला कैंसर है।

फेफड़े का कैंसर अक्सर प्रारंभिक अवस्था में पहचान में नहीं आता, जिससे इसका इलाज जटिल हो सकता है।

फेफड़े का कैंसर के लक्षण

फेफड़े के कैंसर के सामान्य लक्षणों में शामिल हैं:

लगातार खांसी, खासकर खून के साथ
सांस लेने में कठिनाई या घरघराहट
छाती में दर्द जो खांसते या सांस लेते समय बढ़ता है
वजन का अचानक कम होना
भूख न लगना
बार-बार फेफड़ों का संक्रमण (निमोनिया या ब्रोंकाइटिस)
आवाज में भारीपन

यदि इनमें से कोई भी लक्षण लंबे समय तक बना रहे, तो तुरंत डॉक्टर से संपर्क करना चाहिए।

फेफड़े का कैंसर के कारण

फेफड़े के कैंसर के प्रमुख कारण निम्नलिखित हो सकते हैं:

धूम्रपान - फेफड़े के कैंसर का सबसे बड़ा कारण है।
प्रदूषण - वायु प्रदूषण और खतरनाक रसायनों जैसे ऐस्बेस्टस, रेडॉन गैस आदि के संपर्क में आना।
आनुवंशिकता - परिवार में कैंसर के इतिहास से इसका खतरा बढ़ सकता है।
रेडिएशन - उच्च स्तर की रेडिएशन का एक्सपोजर।
जीवनशैली - अस्वस्थ आहार और शारीरिक गतिविधि की कमी।

ब्रोन्कोजेनिक कार्सिनोमा और इसके प्रकार

ब्रोन्कोजेनिक कार्सिनोमा फेफड़ों के कैंसर का सबसे सामान्य प्रकार है, जो मुख्य रूप से ब्रोंकस (फेफड़ों की वायु नलियां) से उत्पन्न होता है। इसके प्रकार निम्नलिखित हैं:

एडेनोकार्सिनोमा

यह नॉन-स्मॉल सेल लंग कैंसर (NSCLC) का सबसे सामान्य प्रकार है।
यह फेफड़ों की बाहरी परतों में विकसित होता है।

स्क्वैमस सेल कार्सिनोमा
यह ब्रोंकस की परतों में विकसित होता है और अक्सर धूम्रपान करने वालों में पाया जाता है।

स्मॉल सेल कार्सिनोमा (SCLC)
यह तेजी से बढ़ता है और अक्सर फेफड़ों से अन्य अंगों में फैलता है।

लार्ज सेल कार्सिनोमा
यह दुर्लभ प्रकार का कैंसर है, जो फेफड़ों के किसी भी हिस्से में हो सकता है।
